The region’s leading housebuilder, Anwyl Homes, is gearing up for significant growth with the recent appointment of 13 new members of staff.
Taking the head count within the Homes division to 69, the new recruits will fulfil a number of different positions, from financial and administrative to architectural, sales and customer care.
The Homes division of the award-winning company has experienced a record year to date, with a total of 14 active sites across North Wales, Cheshire and North West England.
Work has started at six new residential developments in the last six months, including Springdale Meadows in Hawarden and Brookfields in Newton-le-Willows, Anwyl’s first site in the Borough of St Helens.
Anwyl Homes has also been busy acquiring land for future residential developments, with a further four new developments currently scheduled for 2017.
Following the company’s move to a brand new, purpose-built Head Office at St David’s Park in Ewloe earlier this year, and this recent recruitment campaign, Anwyl Homes is now in a strong position to implement its ambitious expansion strategy.
