Flintshire-based Anwyl Homes has secured planning permission for a further phase of new build homes at its popular Parc St Mary’s development in Northop Hall.
Following an exceptional response to its first two phases, Anwyl Homes has confirmed that it will build an additional 25 high quality homes on a 1.9 acre piece of land that borders its existing development.

Construction is due to start on site in September which will coincide with the re-opening of the updated showhome and the first release of properties for sale. Prices have yet to be confirmed.
